Functional Fitness: Overhead Press

Doug is back! In this week's episode of Functional Fitness, Doug Zakaras--MOVE founder and CrossFit certified trainer--teaches Sienna how to properly perform a weighted overhead press. This is a simple but functional move that you can do at home to strengthen the upper body, as well as core and back muscles, and improve posture. It's easy to do with whatever you have around the home.  Sienna is using a dumbbell here, but you could try it with anything from a textbook to a gallon of milk to your dog!  (ok, maybe the dog is a bad idea....) Event Recap: Soldier Hollow Pro XCT

It was a beautiful spring weekend in the heart of the Wasatch mountains.  A weekend that brought riders of all ages and skill levels together to share good company, food, fun, and above all, a passion for their sport.  Spunky six-year-olds popped wheelies alongside international athletes and world champs, while friends and families browsed vendor tents and cheered their racers on from the sidelines.  With more than 15 different race starts over the course of the weekend, the riding ranged from fierce, fast-paced competition to just plain fun shredding dirt.  With such a diverse crowd, only one simple thing brought us all together--our love of bikes.
